There were two Emmys for individual animation achievements:
Ben Balistreri, character designer for Cartoon Network's "Foster's
Home for Imaginary Friends", and Teresa Drilling, animator for CBS's
"Creature Comforts America".

(The only voiceover award went to Keith David for narrating the PBS
miniseries "The War".)
