I remember that version. They use to play it often enough on TV. So it turns
out to be the Australian version after all. The release date of 1982 must be
when the original VHS was released. We didn't have VCRs back in the early
70s and reel-to-reel wasn't a big market. It was aired on TV in the early
70s but wasn't released on tape until the 80s.

Speaking of the director, "Wait 'Till Your Father Gets Home" is being aired
this fall on Canada's Teletoon Retro. Far more cutting edge for it's time
than "Family Guy" is now.
