The International Internet Commission (ICC), having
been innundated with complaints about obscene photos
posted by one Ed Conrad, has put its foot down and has
made his URLs unoperable in the news groups.

"We're fed up with this kind of disgusting trash, therefore have
taken this drastic action," said Oscar Shagnasty, board
chairman. "These photos have put members of this nation's
prestigious academic community in a bad light, and we will not
tolerate it.
