Description Job Description/Requirements: ***The candidate should have a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience which shall include the following: * UNIX Operating System, specifically AIX V5; * Windows XP; * Experience with the installation and support of CATIA and the ENOVIA product suite (ENOVIA VPM, 3DCOM Portal, DMU) and other software applications related to the CAD environment; * Installation and Configuration of software applications on UNIX and Windows operating systems; * Apache web server; * Server and Workstation support; * UNIX Korn Shell script writing; * Perl/Tk and C Programming Language a plus; * Familiarity with Aerospace Engineering environment a plus; * Analyze and document requirements; * Provide End User Helpline Support which shall include software and hardware problem determination; * Perform web based research which may also include submit/follow up of problems with software and hardware vendors; * Candidate must be personable and be able to work well with colleagues and end users. Educational Requirements: * Position requires a BA/BS degree with at least three years of direct working experience with CATIA and ENOVIA products *****Required: Candidate Must be a U.S. Citizen*******
