I have put a (Tiscali) dial-up account on my computer but no matter how many times I insert the correct Tiscali password the BTinternet password is always in it's place giving me the error 691: invalid user name/password. Can anyone help me with this one? I have two PC's sharing a wireless internet connection and both using Microsoft Outlook to handle email.
