All, I dropped my Nokia 7610, and since then it displays "Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer." when I switch it on. I have tried connecting to it with the Nokia PC Suite using the USB cable, but the software cannot connect to the phone. I have reformatted the phone (by holding down the green, asterisk and number 3 keys when switching on), but it still gets the same message ...
