Kerosene is made from our own coal right here in our own country, yet
itis more expensive than gasoline, which is heavy laden with costly
shipping from thousands of miles away, not to mention the cost of
cleaning up OIL SPILLS.

Oil is no different than coal; both have to go through a process
called "refining", and both make smoke. One thing different is:
because of the stringent laws against coal-refining pollution,
technology, plus new, advanced technology, coal is now cleaner than
oil.
