projects; and functional knowledge of the PeopleSoft HRMS application

Payroll Management Improvement project. The ideal candidate will offer: 5
or more years of recently demonstrated project management competency as a
project manager for IT projects; experience in managing PeopleSoft, HRIS,
or payroll management implementations; experience with Microsoft Project
Professional; experience supervising resources; demonstrated influencing
and issue resolution abilities; and strong verbal and written communication
skills, at ease in group presentations. Enhanced clearance is mandatory.
PMP certification and experience with Microsoft Project Server would be an
asset.
