I personally think it is stupid. What a way to extract money from
everyone, and give a tax break to all?? The poor don't pay taxes.
Prices on everything will go up. How does this make sense as a Lieberal
policy? How come Layton isn't having a hyperfit? I am obviously
missing something here....
