But the real question is:
What kind of "new programs" require
the construction and refurbishment
of detention facilities in nearly
every state of the union with the
capacity to house perhaps millions
of people?

The power of the Executive to cast a man into
prison without formulating any charge known
to the law,
and particularly to deny him the judgment of his peers,
is in the highest degree odious and is the foundation
of all totalitarian government whether Nazi or Communist."
- Winston Churchill, Nov. 21, 1943

What were these school officials 'thinking' in the first place? Anyone who
would promote this perverted lifestyle to children should have been
immediately fired.

Wisc. school drops cross-dressing from 'Wacky Week'
A Wisconsin elementary school has agreed not to promote cross-dressing as
part of a "Wacky Week" celebration designed to let students relax and have a
little fun.
When parents of children at the Pineview Elementary School in Reedsburg,
Wisconsin, learned that their children were being encouraged to dress as
members of the opposite sex during "Wacky Week," they called the CrossTalk
Christian radio show on the VCY America network. Vic Eliason is the co-host
of that program.
"The thing that caught our attention was more the response, first of all,
from people in Reedsburg," says the radio host. "They called us; they faxed
us copies of the school calendar; and they raised the issue. In fact, there
were some, even, from the Reedsburg School System that had concerns,"
Eliason says.

Ex-Gitmo Detainee Believed Responsible for Homicide Bombing In Iraq
Monday, May 05, 2008
Three years ago, Abdullah Saleh al-Ajmi, a Kuwaiti soldier who deserted
to fight in Afghanistan alongside the Taliban, sat in a detention cell at
the U.S. naval base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, while lawyers argued whether
he was an "enemy combatant."
Last week, a Dubai-based television channel reported that al-Ajmi was
killed carrying out a homicide bombing in Mosul, Iraq.
While the report did not specify which attack Abdullah carried out, Iraqi
officials reported that Mosul was hit on April 26 by three homicide
attacks, killing seven people.
CBS News reported that al-Ajmi carried out an attack on Wednesday, April
30, according to an unconfirmed report posted on a jihadist Web site.
Al-Ajmi's cousin, Salem, reportedly told Al-Arabiya television that , "We
were shocked by the painful news we received ... from one of the friends
of martyr Abdullah in Iraq."
Salem al-Ajmi reportedly said a friend told his cousin's family that the
30-year-old former detainee had fled Kuwait about two weeks ago.

Lenoir City High School teacher resigns after allegations of
inappropriate relationship Save Email Print

LENOIR CITY, Tenn (WVLT) -- A teacher in Lenoir City has resigned amid
allegations she had an inappropriate relationship with an 18-year-old
male student.
Lenoir City School Superintendent Wayne Miller says the teacher, Rachael
Burkhart, resigned after miller approached her about her alleged affair
with an 18 year old student.
Miller clearly was not happy and it shows in a news news release, and
plenty of other people are just as upset.
Lenoir City High School is the latest to see a teacher depart in a
scandal. 25-year-old Rachael Burkhart resigned after being confronted
with allegations she had an affair with the 18-year-old student.
Lenoir City parent Susie Heath says, "I'm outraged."
For parents like Heath, the idea of a high school teacher involved with a
student is disturbing. It's forced her to talk to her own middle school
daughter about it.
