Long Macaroni

Does anyone know where I can purchase long macaroni? I used to be able to
buy it in Europe, but I have never seen it on sale here. Just in case
anyone misunderstands what I mean by long macaroni, think macaroni elbows,
but straight and about 12-inches long.

I think you're referring to bucatini. It's on the supermarket
shelves. I think several brands. Here's the Barilla version:

That's it, Dave. I need to look closer as I haven't seen it in any
supermarkets I frequent.

I agree, it's a trip. Works especially well with certain
sauces. I've seen two versions of it. The other is almost the same,
but the "tube" is a bit thinner. That has a similar name (bucatoni,
maybe?)

Ronzoni has "perciatelli", which look a bit thinner, like small elbow:
