violating it. He should first be disbarred, either resign as govenor or be

I am not making a general statement of general political support for
Governor Spitzer. However, I believe that a person's ethical behavior
should be considered, especially with regard to political office,
before a person's moral behavior.
Ethical behavior envolves universally recognized norms of behavior
that do not involve religious definitions of moral behavior which is

Thus, I do not think that any person should be evaluated because of
