My question is simply this...

When I establish a "file transfer" session with an imported workstation,
the only drive I see on the target machine is the C: Drive. Is there a
way (reg hack?) to enable the view of addional drives such as flash drives
or mapped network drives or even media in the CDROM, etc. ?

The windows firewall has been disabled on all
workstations. Prior to widnows xpsp2, we could remote control machines
without zenworks prompting the user for permission. After windows xpsp2,
zenworks remote control now asks for permission. Does anyone know how to
reset this? Is there a registry key I can change? Both our workstation
and user policies have the "prompt user for remote control" option
disabled.

Any assistance is appreciated.

I had the hope that there is a parameter which does not
start all workstations at the very same time.

Powering 100 PCs on at the same time will create a greater
surge than 1
at a time.

Normally I would say this is not an issue, but different
places have
different capacities and default load.

Many times I have seen server rooms re-crash after all the
servers start
booting at the same time. Usually when this happens,
somebody catches
you now what, they bring in an electrician to sort it out.
