  Migration from 5.0 to 6.5

I did that (upgrade 5.0 to 6.5) two years ago. What a nightmare. I will do
some looking for you if you still need it. Could swear I ran across it not
too long ago.

You didn't mention how much RAM you had in each server.
NW6.5 uses considerably more RAM than NW6.0.

If you don't have at least 1.5GB of RAM you are running in a memory
starved environment.

Was that supposed to be 9.1%%?

Please download fconfig15.exe from the file finder at
support.novell.com. Extract Config.nlm from it and copy that to SYS:SYSTEM .

On the console do LOAD CONFIG /jumba1se, and wait until the output file
CONFIG.TXT gets created (on NW 6.x this message only appears on the
Logger screen). Please post that file here, with any public IP addresses
and RConsole passwords edited out. Thank you.

  NW 4.2 --> NW6.5 Migration issue

Hi!

I performed th first 3 steps of the Migration Wizard v8.1 and then
realised that I really wanted to "consolidate" the files/users from the
old tree onto the new tree. I followed the instructions on the screen and
got the old eDir back on the source server. On the destination server
(which I hadn't rebooted), I copied the ".mig" files onto the originals.
What appears to not work anymore is iFolder/iManager/eGuide/Netstorage.
Apache seems to work since I get the "Welcome Screen" and can run "Remote
Manager". Any ideas on how to get the "Web Applets" working again? Thanks
in advance.

Did you turn off hyperthreading on your newer server? Hyperthreading can
be a real performance killer on NetWare.
