On one of my servers when running dsrepair, it fails with an error:
"Tree structure check aborted. Program execution cannot continue normally."
Ive tried the stuff listed in TID 10084579 (minus the nw_purge fix) it
didnt help. Any ideas?
Netware 6.5 SP 4
Thanks!

Mark,
If you go to the remote manager by webbrowser you see that you can
click on the volumes. Klik on c:\ and after that on the folder
NWSERVER. You have now the possibility to copy files from your
workstation to that server.

Hi,
on my new border Manager server (NW6.5 SP6) I'm getting the following error
message all the time on the loggerscreen:
Search failed: javax.naming.NamingException [Root exception is.
com.novell.service.jncp.NDSException: ccode = -253 (0xffffff03)]
java.lang.NullPointerException
Any one knows where it comes from and how to solve it?
Thanks and regards
Mirko

That's because it didn't abend.

Next time it happens try to get into the debugger with
shift-shift-alt-esc - this often works even if no other keys do. If
nothing happens you almost certainly have a hardware fault.
If you get to a # prompt you are in the debugger, it could be software
or hardware. Do ? to see what module the hang happened in. If it
always hangs in the same module it is likely to be a problem with that
module, if it is always different modules it is likely to be a hardware
fault. Enter Q to exit the debugger to Dos.

You don't appear to have a fragmentation problem, only about 1.2%% of
total memory is fragmented.

It appears to be in DTS.nlm which is part of Zen. You should check for
updates, post in the Zen forums if you need help with that.

This is a clear bug in SAV, and I believe they have a fix for it.
Expecting there to be 145mb of contiguous free memory available is
unreasonable, and it can't possibly need that much for a single
allocation anyway.
