Yes

Depending on your iManager history, you will have a directory for each
previous iManager version you have been using before. You can delete the
directories for all those old iManager versions you no longer use.

Yes, or at least most of it.
You should be aware that iPrint is just an additional layer on top of NDPS
and that any iPrint Broker, Manager or Printer is also automatically an
NDPS Broker, Manager or Printer.
However the iPrint pluzgin for iManager goes even further than just
supporting iPrint features and it also allows you to manage certain NDPS
specific features. For instance, you can use iManager to configure RPM
(Remote Printer MAnagement) and you use it to assign print queues to
NDPS/iPrint printers and also set the NDPS defaults for Printers.
One aspect you can't manage with iManager is ENS (Event notification
Services), e.g. the conditions under which broadcast messages are sent to
NDPS clients based on certain events.

Actually, I did not look correctly at your initial message. Your problem
is not a bad trusted root or tomcat certificate problems, but your LDAP is
simply not listening on the secure port. So this is purely an LDAP problem.
I suggest you do the following:

set dstrace=on
set dstrace=-all
set dstrace=+ldap
unload nldap
load nldap

then switch the the dstrace screen and see if it reports any LDAP errors.

How are you trying to load plugins and what happens if you try?

Check your apache config. See if the file httpd.conf in sys:apache2\conf
contains the following lines at the aned:

# NetWare iManager Config
Include sys:/tomcat/5.0/conf/nps-Apache.conf

Also make sure it no longer contains the equivalent lines for tomcat4.
If that doesn't help, try to remove and reinstall imanager.

Have you checked the md5 hash for your download? The error messages you
got seem to indicate that your download could be truncated or corrupt.

Are you sure you got the 2.7 version? If you try to upload the 2.6
version, then iManager will ignore it.

  Re: companion cd

The original NetWare 6.5 release contained iManager 2.0.0. Shortly after
NetWare 6.5, Novell released iManager 2.0.1 and NetWare 6.5 SP1(a)
contained iManager 2.0.2. BorderManager 3.8 also contained iManager 2.0.1
on its companion CD.

The iManager 2.0.1 download files were called:

iMan_201_NW60.exe (for NetWare 6.0)
iMan_201_NW65.exe (for NetWare 6.5)
iMan_201_win.exe (for Windows)

For iManager 2.0.2, the download information page is still available at
http://www.novell.com/documentation/imanager25/esd/qrpimanager202.html
but the files no longer exist on the Novell site. The NetWare 6.0 version
can however sitll be found at
http://xfiles.erin.utoronto.ca/pub/Novell/iManager/2.02/

The iManager 2.0.2 download got removed from the Novell download page
because of a security vulenrability found:

One question which also remains is whther your apache2 abend is really the
abend mentioned in the ss205 readme or maybe you are suffering from
another completely unrelated problem.
