Well GW 7/8 are the future, don't expect any fixes for 6.5 whatsoever

uncheck them all. You might also have to restart the agents, I recall
this was whacky.

Dear friends,
We have a GW 6.5.7 system running in our office. We used to receive a HTLM
message from an automated system perfectly.
Some days ago we started to receive the messages but we couldn“t see the
body. When looking the message in WebAccess, the message is shown perfectly.
Looking at the MIME content we noticed that the part of the message that
can“t be seen is under two lines that says:
Content-Type: text/html;charset=utf-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8 bit
When we print, everything goes fine and the contents are printed correctly.
Is there an option in the client to be set so it reads correctly the utf-8
stuff?
Regards,
Marcos Vianna

Hey Everyone,
Is there any third party products out there that basically will allow you to
manage emails like the DMS does for word and wordperfect files?
I see many products out there that do all types of archiving and retention
stuff, but this is probably overkill. Does anyone have a solution that you use?
My situation is that I have an attorney here that would like a button on a
toolbar that he could click in groupwise on any email and it would be copied
into some program to organize case related emails.
Thanks for your thoughts,
James

That was a mistake. You don't need nor shouldn't you ever touch the
client on that operation.

Yes, as you still only have one account.
