This is a tricky issue, as it only happens to regular users (which would
seem to point to a rights issue, but I'm not exactly sure).
Previously, vanilla W2K3 Term Server, GW ran just fine.
Since moving to a new server with W2k3 R2, the greyed-out Spellchecker
has occured.
Any bright ideas? I've exhaustively scoured these forums, Google, you
name it, using every possible search pattern, no joy.

Ah yes! Good thought! I'll check the sender and see if that's where the
issue lies.
Thx!

I have client who has a rule setup, "empty item" after it forwards the
email to several users. It was working ok, however recently it was noted
that they were not receiving any emails. After further investigating,
discovered that the received email, forwards and then retracts and deletes
the email from all of the mailboxes. We only want the email to be deleted
from the original mailbox. Any idea's how to resolve the problem?

Nope....
You'll either need some 3.party tool, or GW7

Could someone help me with this problem. A user is complaining that his
groupwise 6.5 crashes whenever he trys to cut and paste an attachment.

I have been tasked with creating an email policy in regards to plain text
vs. html views.
What I'd like to know is there anything I should be concerened with in
regards to security (virus, spyware, malware) when viewing email in HTML
view? Alternately I'd like to know what the general thought is on sending
html email. I have a few users that insist on sending out everything in
HTML so they can create cool sigs and whatnot. Anything I should be
concerened with outgoing html email other than the inablity for some mail
clients to read html on the other end?
I want to be smart about this and want to know basically if GroupWise can
have the same security concerns when dealing with HTML as in Outlook.
Thanks,
Tom

Dear All,
When I use Quick Viewer in my GroupWise client to view my incoming internet
email and I do print without "Open" or "Right-click and View" it, only the
message body is printed. All the information including Header, From, Cc, To
and Date are missing.
"It happens on GroupWise client 6.5.4, 6.5.5 and 6.5.7" AND "The emails are
incoming internet email."
Is there any setting I can configure to solve this?
Thanks and Regards,
Ken
