I think I know the answer to this question, but I wonder if someone could
tell me whether there is a log of IP address/time when a particular person
uses their GW account with the full client. I think there is one for
Webmail, but not for the Windows client software.

We have one user who claims to have problems with sending emails when he
types the address in but not if he is replying to an email. Any
explanation?

Try and let the user logon to another wkstn.

Does the error follows her ?

If not, reinstall the client, and do consider upgrading to the latest
version of GW6.5 for both front and backend....
(Security issues and tons of fixes)
