  Wrong inventory and other odds

Author: Juergen Roosen

Hello,
I just rolled out FSF121 at a large customer site.
We created lots of user-policies and group policies in user containers and
associated via groups or user-direct assigment to get
all the users and groups with their storage under control.
Most things went fine.
Also did some migrations on user-storage. This also worked fine.
But there are a few strange things:

1. There is one user container; when browsing this container using the gui
and
click "Produce report", we get no report. All quotas are placed fine,
directory-rights are fine,
but no chance to get the inventory-report.

Why is this, and how to get around it?

2. On another user-container, when we produce a report the report states in
the path analysis for only one path
"(Warning: At least one other path in this table is a subdirectory
of this path which indicates the home directory assignment of some
objects are within the home directory assignment of other objects.)"

  No backfill information

I'm in the process of setting up multiple policies and need to run
backfill on all of them to catalog, set quotas, etc.
I click on Backfill, leave "check mode" checked, watch the screen for
"end backfill", the click on the "here" to see the report, but all I get is:
" Be aware that File System Factory may still be running its analysis
unless you see Report Complete at the end of the table below. Click the
Reload button if the report is not complete or no report is shown."

Reload does nothing. This is now happening on every backfill no matter
which action I try.

Ideas?

AlaN
