I'm a subscriber of Novell NSEDL. I want to create a simple NLM for Netware 6.5. I've read that:

"Metrowerks CodeWarrior for Windows, Professional Edition, version 8 and the CodeWarrior Add-on Tools for NetWare are provided to subscribers of the Novell Software Evaluation and Development Library (NSEDL)."

but I'm not able to find it on the DVD. I've downloaded the PDK 5.1.2 but as I try to install it searches for the CodeWarrior for Windows directory.

Do I need to buy the compiler for Windows?

I'm using CodeWarrior 7, PDK 4. One of the CLib based NLM's I maintain needs
a second copyright line. Does CodeWarrior allow multi-line copyright
notices? If so, how/where do I place them?

while compiling up some code for NetWare the other day I got the following
internal compiler error. Has anybody seen anything similar?

I sent details of the bug to Metrowerks as requested - but they don't
support the compiler any more.

Can someone help me out to resolve the following error in Codewarrior.

'class std::locale::id std::codecvt::id' in

Actually my code does not use "codecvt". Can you also clarify what are
those special symbols in the error? Does it tell something to me? How
to analyze these symbols?

I run codewarrior7.1 with PDK4.0 on Windows to generate binary (nlm)
for Netware...
