The Human Rights Issues are obviously not written nor published
for sociopaths, for mental street bums, nor for Demonic creatures,
and the like.
Any of the HRI's is felt by those individuals, as if 'Holy Water'
would burn their skin.
Thus such individuals are enjoined, to filter out - for
themselves - any such articles.
That is a demand out of kindness to hem, quite opposed to their own
nature, by the way.
Wholly their opposite, Koos Nolst Trenite is arguably the most caring,
the most intelligent, truthful, beautiful and trusted philosopher
known.
