"As you indicated reshaping the cells three dimensionally is not unique. But
combining the reshaping along with the ability to do so for both visible
and ultraviolet light makes it much more efficient. At this boys age it's
clear his research was on existing technologies and as stated in another
article improving upon an inefficient process. Kudos to William. It would
be nice to see what was presented but I guess that has to wait till the
Patent clears."
