We currently have an opportunity for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Business Analyst to work closely with the Survey Manager/Editor to handle and directly perform the tasks involved with the day-to-day operations of the Hildebrandt Law Department Survey — HLDS. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for the following activities: * Project planning:Assist manager with project planning activities (e.g. team meetings, development of project plan and budget). * Survey design/development: Annually review survey materials for enhancements; utilize past year’s participant inquiries and issues log to suggest modifications. * Survey processing system: Learn and utilize the new survey processing system that is currently in development * Participation drive: Make personal calls and follow-up with potential participants (e.g. GCs, law department administrators, HR/compensation staff); monitor and record on-going participant interaction; identify and market to industry targets. * Data review/Quality control:Review data submissions from participants; identify quality control issues; contact participants to resolve issues; correct data submissions accordingly. * On-going participant interface: Serve as a key survey contact; address and log participant inquiries for future reference. * Report production: Assist in the development of report templates; generate reports using survey processing system; conduct QC on reports * Report distribution/Order fulfillment: Oversee work of administrative support on order fulfillment. * Marketing and sales: Coordinate marketing team to increase awareness of HLDS in the market place; plan and coordinate a fall workshop for survey participants.!*! A successful candidate will have the following: * Bachelor’s degree with 3.5 minimum GPA. College transcript and SAT scores will be requested at the time of interview. * Previous internship experience preferred * 3+ years of relevant work experience * Proficiency in Excel * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Basic orientation towards business data and statistics * Highly developed organizational skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Ability to juggle multiple tasks * Demonstrated leadership abilities (self-starter) * Desire and ability to work collaboratively and to build relationships * Intellectual curiosity and willingness to take feedback For more information on Hildebrandt International and the consulting services we offer, please refer
