Major Duties & Functions * Work in a team enviromnment to develop requirements for government client services * Interact with client and industry to reach concensus on requirments * Represent these requirments in standards, as required Qualifications You Must Have The successful candidate will need to 1) Provide technical leadership to a variety of commercial and government clients in the area of service and network management. 2) Apply previous gained telecommunications experience in support of the following areas: Network technologies and architectures such as: IP, MPLS and IMS System requirements writing Network and service management planning and standards including : ITU-T, IETF, 3GPP Assess customers vision, needs and current operations environment to develop and document operational strategies, functional management requirements, gap assessments, and transition plans for the management of complex heterogeneous networks and services. 3) Possess excellent oral and written communications skills. 4) Work effectively in a team environment to meet client objectives and deliverables 5) Possess a minimum of a BS in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related discipline 6) Be able to obtain a secret security clearance.
