Well, all cancels are announced in news.lists.filters, with cleartext
Sender/Date/Subject/Path extract, and are all based on either previously
detected spam ("spam" feed) or suspicious floods ("site" feed)

Of course, false positives can always happend. But feel free to spot any
error within the last months, if you find one, and I'll fix it as soon as
possible.

Please also note that bleacbot NoCeM feed is currently being used by
many serious text-only news servers, including commercial ones.

Of course, you can also trust an anonymous bozo with a ridiculous nickname,
who considers despamers as a threat to free speech.
