I keep on seeing all these blogspot URL's spamvertsed as sexsites and
I can't find anything like a sexsite referral link to LART. In fact, I
don't see any sexual content on this site. It's almost as weird as MI5
boy.

It is not just a matter of belief,
it is a matter of what do you do about it.

So...
What do we DO about it NOW?

The group news.groups.proposals is for discussion of "active proposals",
that is proposals for new newsgroups, removal of newsgroups, and so on,
for which an official Request for Discussion announcement has been
posted to the news.announce.newgroups. For general policy discussion,
such as debating the merits of appending ".moderated" to every moderated
group, news.groups should be used.
