Ah, yes. Of course, since the FCC doesn't have a hotline setup just for
you, waiting for the opportunity to slap down some unwelcome caller at
your phone number, then the whole list must be a joke. That makes perfect
sense. After all, if it's not working for you, then it's obviously not
working for anyone and must be a complete waste of time.

It can be no more effective than it is until the bells of the world
figure out how to secure their own networks and locate these
violators. I wouldn't be surprised that there are some pinkhat bells.

Just because they don't secure their networks doesn't
mean they don't know how to secure their networks.
They already know which spammers they host. If Spamhaus
can locate them, surely the ISPs can too. If nothing else,
the need only ask Spamhaus.

The states' Attorney Generals' offices do a much better job than either the
FCC or FTC in enforcing problems with DNC violators.

Tele-spam is a large chunk of change for them. They will fight tooth and
nail to keep them.
