[OT] Nigeria Sadly Unaffected by Underwater Cable Cut

Author: I Hate Stok Spam

I was sad to see that Nigeria escaped the effects of the global
cable massacre, allowing 419's to continue unabated. A very cool
map of the underwater cable system is at:

It reminds us how easily even a Muslim terrorist could learn
to make a depth charge and torpedo world communications.

Someone in another group received a "Hallmark card" notification.
"To see your card click here" The IP and open index is at 91.82.101.41
and for those bold enough I'll tell you where the file is located and
its name if you want, I don't think you can navigate to the actual file.
