Hi,
81.15.130.50 is a (MX) mail server for oer domain midoceanbrands.pl.
We have got this adress from our ISP Exatel.
It is permanent adress not dial up.

I have got this message on reply mail to somebody:

550 your
mail server sends spam and is in RBL
(http://www.uceprotect.net/rblcheck.php?ipr=81.15.130.50).

We send many emails, because we have many customers.

Regards,
Bogdan Czekalski

You should get Exatel to update the reverse dns.
host 81.15.130.50
50.130.15.81.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer ppp-E-050.dialup.telenergo.pl.

grep your maillogs for UCEPROTECT. At least one of the addresses
you've sent to is a useprotect spamtrap, that should never be
getting any email from you.

With dynamic looking reverse dns (see above), it only takes
one email to a spamtrap address, to get listed on uceprotect.

Ask them to set up nongeneric FCrDNS.

Did you read the cited page? Start monitoring the outbound traffic from
your customers.

The reverse DNS says it is a dial up. Is your ISP incompetent?

81.15.130.50 = ppp-E-050.dialup.telenergo.pl

We have "dialup.telenergo.pl" listed in our database and it will stay there.

If this was to one of your customers, maybe you should ask them to cease
using the list they are using.

Or better yet, get your to set up correct reverse DNS on not just your IP
address, but on EVERY IP address in the routed block (so that it does not
appear to be a bunch of generic addresses).

The reverse DNS says only of the name of this IP NOT OF FUNCTION.
It is only name!!!!! IP is STATIC and PERMANENT !!!!!
I think that to draw a conclusion only from DNS it is not a good
pracktice.

How can a dial-up IP address be static, in the sense of 'assigned to
the same customer always'?

I am skeptical that this is the case. If it's assigned to different
dial-up customers, then it's essentially a dynamic IP address.

Actually, it works very well in practice. If want to name a static
IP with the word 'dialup' then you bear the consequences of your
decision; it's your problem, not ours.

Easy. The radius/terminal server does it based on customer login/password
etc.

Used to be fairly common before broadband was.

Heck, up until about last Christmas, if I had wanted a static IP
for my home network I'd have had to find an ISP who still remembers
how to do it.

No need to be shared.
