1) L2.APEWS.org lists whole 194.228.128.0/17 net (AS5610 CZ)
*Your ISP* is listed. You are responsible for 0.024%% of the listed range.

http://apews.org/?page=test&ip=194.228.198.1

Entry matching your Query: E-247343
194.228.128.0/17 CASE: C-308
AS5610 CZ, ISP permits abuse and/or ignores criminal activity History:
Entry created 2007-07-07

2) AFAIK L2.APEWS.org is not used above "family server" level for
*simple* email blocking. It makes *YOU* know that your ISP is in
"the worse half" of the Internet (below median).

Your ISP is listed. It's not just the IP range you get from them ... it
is every IP range from that ISP. Apparently it is your ISP that is the
cause of the problem. When you contact your ISP to get the resolved, do
be sure to tell them that if they have any questions you cannot answer,
they should post *HERE* to seek answers. Also tell them that they need
to have, and carry out, a genuine no-tolerance-of-spam-of-any-kind policy.
Apparently they current do not (have, or carry out, I don't know which).

You should do the following:

1) Talk to the recipient (or to his admin) that they should stop using
APEWS. Given the poor data quality of APEWS, that would be the right
thing to do anyway.

2) Talk to your provider that they should address all forms of abuse
coming from their network, and that they should act on complaints they
receive.

3) Use a different provider, at least for certain emails (eg when they
are blocked by the recipient). There is a number of free and for-money
email services out there.

You should post the rejection message you are getting for your
emails. That could help people figure out what the real problem is.
Does the message mention APEWS?
If not, it is likely that the rejection is for some other reason
(maybe the recipient has blocked your ISP after getting too much spam
from them).
It seems like APEWS is not used very much; for most people who post
here with requests like yours it turns out that APEWS is not the
reason for their email problems at all.

It is very unlikely that the above problem is caused merely by
L2.APEWS.org listing.

1) Do the bounces/rejects mention APEWS?
2) Do they mention any specific reason for rejecting your messages?

It is quite likely that you use ISP that landed on *many* "private"
blacklists. Bad reputation fades away *slowly*.

That question is best addressed to CESKY TELECOM, A.S., your provider.
What is listed is the block 194.228.128.0/17.
>I think that now that's all right.

The block shows as listed:

CASE: C-308
AS5610 CZ, ISP permits abuse and/or ignores criminal activity
>What can I do now ?

Talk to your provider. Talk to the people blocking your provider. Provide
proper rDNS.
>I want to clear my record from database.

You're not listed, your provider is.
