Hello,

We are a client of Telecom Italia Interbusiness Division.
As such we have been assigned a small subnet out of their big pool:

inetnum: 85.32.0.0 - 85.47.255.255
org: ORG-IA34-RIPE
netname: IT-INTERBUSINESS-20040810
descr: PROVIDER Local Registry

Our inetnum address range is regularly registered with RIPE:

inetnum: 85.47.212.24 - 85.47.212.31
netname: NEMATRIXSRLGMBH
descr: NEMATRIX S.R.L. - G.M.B.H.
country: IT
admin-c: RB3582-RIPE
tech-c: RB5126-RIPE
status: ASSIGNED PA "status:" definitions
mnt-by: INTERB-MNT
source: RIPE # Filtered

Unfortunately we got listed in the APEWS database (CASE: C-1010). This
creates a lot of problems with refused mail.

In article <1191434792.363105.6890@y42g2000hsy.googlegroups.com>,
sivrais@gmail.com says...
>
>We simply offer an email forwarding service to our members
>(ADAMEMBER.NET) so our domain can forward business emails to their
>private email addresses and we were blacklisted by www.backscatterer.org.
>And what is this about having to pay to be removed from the database?
>I hope spam engines never use backscatter.org as a spam prevention
>option!

Why didn't you read this:

http://www.backscatterer.org/?target=backscatter

and followed fixing instructions here?

http://spamlinks.net/prevent-secure-backscatter.htm

Facts are: Your Exchange does still backscatter at this time, so you still
match listing criterias.

Dear,

My IP range 81.89.48.0/20 is listing in Apews.org.
I would like to know if it is possible to find out exactly
which IP addresses are responsible for that?

Tibor/VNET
