Hi been having a few probs with this site, i was emailed picture added them
and they wouldnt show on site some did others played up, added my own test
pictures and it works ok, apart from when you click fish, pizza directions
or contact buttons, the top sharricks button goes whiered.

Hi Folks,

I am looking to form an ongoing strategic alliance with a web developer skilled
in NetObjects Fusion and especially the integration of other elements such as
ecommerce, PHP and Perl scripts etc. Being primarily a corporate and editorial
photographer, I am not planning on moving into general web design; just
specialist services targeted at the "imaging" fraternity.

Since I now have a number of projects under way in this area and can no longer
fit everything into my own work schedule, I wish to sub contract some elements
out. I am based in the SW of England but location is not an issue of course.
Client's web sites are currently hosted on my own dedicated web server, so we
have complete root access to server facilities etc.

I realize this forum is all but dead but since I was the one who initiated it long ago I thought I'd post this business topic here first and see if I get any action on it.

Have you noticed how for most people who are creating their first website the process is a catalyst for clarifying exactly what they're actually doing with their business? I don't really feel fully qualified to assist in that arena. I'm not a business coach OR a branding expert. But I don't want to send business away either. I do help some. But it's certainly not a service I'd advertise! So I'm just curious how much you all get into this with clients? Maybe I see a lot of it because my target market is one-person start-ups. I'm finding it often to be a very slow process. They come to me wanting a website, but sometimes they're unclear on such basics as what they really offer, who they want to reach and even what their business should be called.

My site was designed and is maintained with NOF8.
I need to give co-workers access to make changes to the website.
I thought it would be wise to give only limited access in order to preserve
the integrity of the website.
I found out that NetObjects nPower is designed just for that, but the
version which is available is 10.
On NOF site, they say: *nPower 10 will only collaborate with websites
designed or maintained in Fusion 10.
nPower 10 WILL NOT collaborate with websites still maintained in Fusion 9 or
lower.
So what would be the best solution me? upgrade to NOF10?
My site has about 600 pages; is it troublesome to upgrade from v.8 to 10?

I don't see any postings. . . back 90-120 days.
