Just the SES we want wandering a round armed, yes indeed.

But then again, this battle is gonna take the NRA years to pursue, and
they'll be needing your money, Beloved Master Kent, so dig deep.

When/if the NRA files suit over the 1986 federal 'ban' (which was put in
place
in the exact same manner as the D.C. ban - require registration, then refuse
to accept registration applications), they'll start getting money from me.
It seems logical that the 1986 ban would be one of the next steps, after the
Supreme Court ruling on the D.C. ban, but the NRA accepted the 1986 ban
as a compromise to get the 1986 FOPA passed. Going after the 1986 ban
would show that the NRA has given up on the 'this gun good, that gun bad'
philosophy that got Heston in a lot of hot water with NRA members and
helped a lot of members (myself included) to decide to leave the NRA.

"SES", Blackie? I'm not familar with that acronym. Care to
explain?
If you're referring the the unnamed San Francisco plantiff,
he's not trying to wander "a round [sic] armed". If you had
read and comprehended the story, he just wants to have a
handgun in his housing authority apartment for self-defense
in oh so tolerent San Francisco.
Another thing you either missed or ignored was Mayor
Newsom's comment:
"Is there anyone out there who really believes that we need
more guns in public housing?" Newsom said. "I can't for the
life of me sit back and roll over on this. We will
absolutely defend the rights of the housing authority."

No, you see, that's where you're wrong again, you ignorant slut.
Corporations have rights just like people, they just can't vote overtly.

I am home. I dare say my ancestry in Tennessee reaches farther back
than yours.

I seriously doubt that. Grandfather Finnell was born near
Cleveland, Tennessee circa 1870. Grandmother Finnell was
born in North Carolina. I'm not sure about far back all of
mother's ancestors go, but her great-grandmother was a
Cherokee. I have some distant male cousins who look like
they could have modeled for the head side of the buffalo
nickle.

Where did I say "corporations", Liar? I said (as noted
above), governmental housing authority. But your attitude
expresses the agenda of the modern day liberal perfectly.
Hubert H. Humphrey Jr. must be spinning in his grave. He
was one of the last true American liberals. He wouldn't ...
