hahahahaha
Mexicans love their food which is reflected in their tortas
(sandwiches). Multiple ingredients combine for a taste sensation~! I
have a nice sandwich shop near me, but no beer nor tables.
"Tables"~! I used to play, a lot~! Ten hours was not too much. 30 hours
on a weekend, on tournament, 9 foot tables.
Hot new club opened; fancy restaurant, live band and dance floor and
18 tables -- owned by CJWiley, ESPN nine ball champion 2 years running
(1998 & 99.) It was here that I met the triplets, but the larger thrill
was having made the 3 in the side, carroming the cueball 18 inches into
the nineball, sending the nine 3 feet into the corner. Truly
spectacular, if you are into this sort of thing.
CJWiley had been watching, he came over and asked to play~!
I loved the intellectual challenge to the game, and the ability to
manipulate with spins, leaving the cueball where you need it, or using
it to solve the problem groupings.
Playing was, for me, as a symphony or ballet; a quiet~!
When Payne Stewart died on his jetplane, that night I wore my best
knickers with gaudy socks and played to his memory in silence and
devoted concentration, nary a sound, each ball falling with it's last
roll.
Some savor wine, I used to savor this game.
