More on the congressional sense of the 2nd Amendment

I think it is important that people know were politicians stand in relation
to civil rights as stated in the Bill of Rights.

Yeah, civil right, Liar. The 1st 10 amendments to the U.S. Constitution are called
the Bill of Rights. The Second Amendment is included in that select group. If the
2nd Amendment isn't an enumerated civil right, what is it, Liar?
