I have a little Obama portrait clipped to the back of my bike's
saddlebag. It's pretty abstract, just a posterized headshot in four
colors. It brought a man to tears at the convenience store last night.
Just a little 6" abstract image.

Today I did some motorized errands with a 10" version of the same
image in the wagon's rear window. Nothing but that image, no "go 08"
BS, nada. Yet a big SUV chock fulla folks pulled up along side me on
Charlotte at a stoplight and honked. The driver smiled at me with
tears in his eyes, and the children hung out the windows and cheered
me and my decal. Of course I smiled back and gave them good feedback
with all the society approved thumb gestures.

I got to smile a lot both times, which was rather refreshing.
