| helped the Dems tremendously. First off, it's laughable to think that
| this is the best from a qualifications standpoint that McCain could

She is an outsider. People are tired of the "good ole boy" network of DC.
Secondly, this is a party and a woman that has made a lot of the
| morality issue. So the news of her daughter's pregancy very much puts
| this into fair game as an issue.
Attack the pregnant daughter and and the Democratic party will feel the
wrath of the mothers in America.

| happens to families of all demographics. But most of those families
| don't make their fame from going around preaching abstinence and
| telling others what to do. That's why Republicans tread such touchy
| waters; if you're going to tell people what to do, you better be
| pretty damn squeaky clean.
Many parents have taught abstinence and got a pregnant daughter. Many
daughter have had sex education in school and got pregnant.

The Palin family is who told America that the girl is 5 months pregnant.
They could have taken her to an abortion clinic and had the baby murdered
and no one would have known. The daughter chose to have the baby rather than
killing it and that is family values. My youngest daughter got pregnant at
16 and now I have a fine 10 year old grand-daughter that I worship. Abortion
never crossed my mind.
