Sens. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA.) and the liberal Senate are at it again
trying to push through AMNESTY LEGISLATION ignoring the will of legal
citizens with a sneak attack.
AMNESTY VOTE is set for Wednesday!
Tell the Senate to Vote NO to the Assault on America!
This NEW AMNESTY PROPOSAL being brought forward NOW in the U.S. Senate is an
end run that around the law and hopes to officially create parts of the
roadmap to amnesty the liberal "open-borders" lobby continue to espouse.
This latest amnesty program has been added a Senate Amendment for the Iraq
War supplemental spending bill.
THIS BILL MUST BE STOPPED. It would do the following:
Grant a three-year work visa followed by a permanent greencard to all
illegal aliens who have been working as shepherds, goat herders and dairy
herders.
Grant a five-year work visa to the estimated 1.3 million illegal aliens
working in other agricultural jobs -- plus all of their families. There is
no instruction on what happens after the five years.
Grant a tripling of the maximum number of H-2B visas for lower skill,
non-agricultural seasonal workers.

You mean the bill that has bipartisan support? The one supported by both
growers and unions? The one that's providing a temporary, emergency
measure that will be sunsetted in five years, giving Congress time to
come up with a way to ensure that growers can get crops in before they
rot, something they haven't been able to do for the past couple of
years?
