There is a famous restauranteur here in Nashville that goes by a
nickname. Since starting his bidness some years ago he up to just
slightly under 20 locations in Tennessee and Kentucky.
He does not use his full name and I would posit that is because- early
on - he correctly evaluated the illiterati of our fine state. Had he
named his restaurants Mohammad, he probably would have none of them
today.
