While I certainly think the benefits of "carry" are vastly exaggerated by
proponents, I also rather fail to see the point of requiring those who do
carry to conceal their weapon.
(there might be a point to requiring *unconcealed* carry)
If you're the one with the weapon, wouldn't you rather any would-be crooks
*know* not to approach?
If you're *not* the one with the weapon, wouldn't you rather know to avoid
the armed guy when he's agitated?
