The 1.5" to 2" hail (and a fair amount of it) may have done some damage,
but nothing I could find in the dark

Ouch.

No damage here. Windy as hell & the digital TV keeps breaking up as the
wind blows the antenna around.

Reportedly a large tree blocked the driveway at work for awhile last
night, but by the time I left I couldn't see it. We did have a bit of
3/8" hail briefly. White Bridge Road neighborhood.

Obviously that's small potatoes compared to what happened east and west of
here.

Did anyone else see some of those pictures of that gas plant fire? It was
clearly visible on the TV camera on the Skyline Medical Center (?!) for
well over an hour.

(having not seen any local news yet this morning, is that fire out yet?)

The interesting thing about *big* hail, that I had not known until I
saw *big* hail, is that it's not rounded; it has jagged "warts" all
over~!

That sytuff can do real damage, and I promise not to laugh, again, the
next time it's reported that someone had been killed by hail ....

unles it's kent or moffitt or cheney or bush or any Corruptublucun
politician, or unknown rupublucun voter ....

in which case it will be even funnier than if any ol' unknown person
was killled by hail~!

But if it's any of the aforementioned, it'll be *really* funny~!
