What I want to know is... if the first demolition risked distracting
Turnpike drivers, why didn't the second? Especially with all the media
attending?

They're building a golf resort on the land where the old towers came
down. And, around the area where the new towers are. I was there in
June. It was truly amusing to be wandering around undeveloped land -
look to the east - and see the Empire State Building...
