Fact is, that during the 90s, our executive branch of the government
did as much as they could for national security--the problem was the
majority in congress which was too obsessed with partisanship and
obstructionism to help out.

the obvious culpability in this administration's inability to protect
the country. If Gore had been president, the towers would still have
been standing.
