| It's not set up to compel subscription; I know many people who didn't
| sign up for it because they aren't on enough medications to make it
| worthwhile.

| FWIW, it's not insurance because it's not being paid for completely by
| the individual and has no risk pool assessment. It's a socialized
| program that you voluntarily signed up for. I've got no problem with
| that, but recognize it for what it is, it's a government-funded
| program.
