a new year's warning

I am convinced that Our Beloved Master Kent should be very afraid.

He has allowed his two (count 'em) boxes of transistors unfettered
access, one to the other over his wireless network which he, his own
self admits, does not understand.

Computers do not eat, nor do they sleep.

(Dan) Rather, they share information, they watch, they listen, they conspire.

It's a little known fact that wireless networks work, in fact, at the
microwave frequency range. This is because the earliest network
developers thought other frequencies were unusable. What they did not
know was that the computers, themselves, refused to cooperate on
frequences not shared by other appliances. They resisted until
networks were developed which used the same range of frequencies as
microwave ovens, wireless telephones, cellular telephones and some
types of wireless television remotes.

Computers do not eat, nor do they sleep.

(Dan) Rather, they share information, they watch, they listen, they conspire.
