It seems to me, that the odds of getting killed is greatly enhanced "if" you
put yourself in what is essentially a war zone. So, this journalist got
killed because he was where he was.

They should do more of this killing of press people, so we could get
absolutely NO news from Israel and the occupied territories. That is
what happened in Iraq: after they got a few dozen journalists killed,
all we hear now is the official version.
