Total lie. You aren't listening, Don. Go read what Jeff Dege wrote
again. The National Guard IS NOT and CANNOT be the "militia" in
question. The Supreme Court has decided that it is nothing more than a
reserve unit of the Standing Army. Although in certain emergencies
State Governors are allowed to direct the uses of the Guard, The Feds
always have final authority including the ordering of it overseas for
training or action.

This stupid argument that the NG is somehow the "unorganized militia"
of the constitution is so provably wrong as to put your intelligence
in question.
