Why the basic presumptions that:
a) they went to the park to score drugs ?
b) they are not responsible for themselves ?
c) that white people, particularly white women have no business at a
particular city park ?
d) that these people don't take responsibility for themselves ?
I have NO CLUE, that one would go to Elliott park to score drugs or commit
other illegal activities, and that one should not go there armed.
Is there a web site where such information is made available to the general
public so that we can also know what you seem to have an inside line to ?
