Heh! I always just Love it when the Little Wannabee Revolutionaries
get around to discussing what works and what doesn't.
What works is a properly conducted election.
What doesn't is an insurrection and revolution. Those, historically,
tend to eat their young, and what replaces the status quo ante is
seldom if ever an actual improvement.

They occur all around the nation on a regular basis.

Perhaps for dog catcher in podunk, south dakota and similiar.
But in most places around the nation for offices where the power is,
everything from how the districts are drawn to the election laws that
effectively restrict who can run and from what party defy the concept of
'properly conducted'. And that doesn't even get into the voting dead and
new black-box electronic voting that is so easy to cheat with it is if it
were designed for cheating.

For most elections -- to offices high and low.
If some of them come out in ways that You don't care for, them's the
breaks. You were never guaranteed your preferred outcome, and the
lack of it doesn't signify a corrupt election.

No -- I don't believe I will. If Cook County, IL has a problem, it is
my considered opinion that it's Their problem, and They should solve
it. Any "solution" that Someone Else from Somewhere might want to
stuff in their collective faces would, because of that bothersome
Constitutional thing doncha know, require some sort of Federal
solution.
Nope. Should be either State or Local, and it's not my problem. I do
my best to deal with my own.
